Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC in type: 1,000 hours on B737NG
- Type rating: Current B737NG type rating
- Currency: Ideally, large jet command time within the last 3 years
- License: Valid ATPL issued by UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 5 or above
- Right to work: Able to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship
What youβll do
- Command B737NG short/medium-haul sectors with exemplary flight discipline and situational awareness
- Lead the flight deck, ensuring rigorous adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, prioritising safety, fuel efficiency, and punctuality
- Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Represent the operation professionally with crews, customers, and stakeholders
