Your mission
- Operate as a Boeing 737 First Officer across TUI’s diverse holiday route network, delivering safe, smooth and memorable journeys.
- Work closely with cabin crew and ground operations, embracing TUI’s ways of working to uphold excellent safety, service and teamwork.
- Demonstrate calm, capable leadership and sound judgement in all phases of flight; safety is always the top priority.
- Take on meaningful First Officer responsibilities with active mentoring from experienced Captains to support your growth and future progression.
What you’ll bring
- Unrestricted, valid UK CAA-issued CPL with ATPL theory credits (fATPL).
- Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical and at least ICAO English Level 4.
- MCC completed in accordance with FCL.735.A and Advanced UPRT in accordance with FCL.745.A.
- Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) under FCL.730.A, i.e. either:
- 500+ hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbojet aeroplane certificated to CS-25 (or equivalent), or
- On a multi-pilot turboprop of ≥10 tonnes MTOM or with >19 passenger seats.
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Full, unrestricted right to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment and airport security background checks required for an airport ID.
- Minimum height 1.58 m (5 ft 2 in) and able to swim at least 25 m.
- While on standby, able to report to home base within a maximum 90-minute commute.
- Comfort with an operation where rosters vary significantly (no fixed pattern); commuting contracts are not offered.
