Flying & Roster
Operate on a fixed 7-on/5-off pattern, providing stability while maintaining the flexibility required in bespoke business aviation. While most flights are within Europe, our Worldwide AOC means you may be called upon for occasional intercontinental trips—previous worldwide operational experience will be a distinct advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Co-pilot the Embraer Legacy 500 / Praetor 600 (EMB‑550) to the highest safety and service standards.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements and best airmanship.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM, partnering closely with the Commander and cabin team on every mission.
- Deliver a discreet, anticipatory VVIP experience—professional, polished, and customer-first.
- Contribute to flight preparation, performance and W&B, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM review and threat/error management.
- Champion a just culture: report hazards, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand with integrity and an entrepreneurial, commercially aware mindset.
What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)
- Flight time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
- Type rating: Current and valid EMB‑550 type rating (Legacy 500 / Praetor 600) — required.
- Licensing: Valid UK CAA CPL with IR and ME.
- Medical: EASA/UK Class 1 medical (UK CAA accepted).
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher.
- Customer focus: Excellent service skills with a calm, polished presence.
- Safety & CRM: High operational standards, strong safety awareness and exceptional CRM.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, commercially astute, highly organised and self-motivated.
- Right to work: Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Profile
- Background in Business/Executive VVIP aviation.
- Previous worldwide operational experience.
- Ideally holds both UK CAA and EASA FCL.
