The opportunity DragonFly Executive Air Charter is expanding its fleet and flight operations. We are seeking experienced Captains to join our close-knit, professional team flying bespoke missions for corporate and private clients. We welcome Captains from all aircraft types and backgrounds β€” for the right candidates, type rating training will be provided to transition onto our King Air 200 or Citation Bravo. At DragonFly, you will have a direct impact on the day-to-day success of the business while delivering a polished, safety-first service across the UK and Europe.

What you'll do

  • Command charter flights throughout the UK and Europe on the King Air 200 or Citation Bravo.
  • Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, ensuring compliance with CAA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Deliver a refined client experience with meticulous attention to safety, punctuality, and discretion.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to keep missions running smoothly.
  • Maintain currency, participate in training and checking, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • License: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted licenses: UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required β€” training provided on King Air 200 or Citation Bravo
  • Work rights: Right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided)
  • Mindset: Professional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred

  • Corporate/executive jet or turboprop charter experience.
