About the opportunity
Operate the Airbus A320 family in a modern, multi-crew environment. You’ll uphold SOPs, contribute to flight deck leadership, and help deliver a smooth, on-time operation while supporting a positive, safety-first culture.
Minimum flight experience
- Minimum 2,000 factorised hours multi-crew/multi-engine turbine time on jet or turboprop aircraft above MTOW 10T
- Minimum 500 hours in type on the Airbus A320 family
Licensing & compliance
- License: Valid UK CAA Frozen ATPL (A)
- Ratings: Current Type Rating on the A320 family, plus valid IR/ME
- Medical: Class 1 (UK CAA)
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
- Accepted licences: UK CAA only.

- Operate A320 family flights to the highest safety standards, following company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Support the Captain with flight planning, briefings, TEM, and real-time decision-making
