Minimum requirements
- Licence: Frozen ATPL with valid IR and multi-engine (ME)
- Authority: UK CAA or EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Turbine time: Minimum 500 hours
- Multi-crew ME/IR: Minimum 500 hours in multi-crew operations on ME aircraft (Airline ME > 5.7 t; Business ME > 20 t)
- Current ratings: Valid multi-engine class or type rating and valid IR
- ATPL theory: Completed (certificate or licence endorsement)
- JOC: Completed, unless you have previous jet time or a jet type rating (e.g., B737)
Note: Ultralight, power glider, simulator and helicopter hours do not count toward minima.
