The mission
As a First Officer, you’ll operate commercial passenger services on the A320 family, partnering with the Captain and wider team to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations on every sector. Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. Lead robust pre‑flight planning, performance calculations and threat/error management. Manage aircraft automation, FMS and navigation to optimise safety and efficiency. Maintain exemplary airmanship, crew resource management and decision‑making. Contribute to a strong safety and reporting culture through briefings and debriefs. Stay current through training, checking and continuous professional development.
Minimum requirements
- In type: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating (required).
- Currency: Operated as a Commercial Passenger Co‑Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at point of application).
- License required: UK CAA‑issued CPL with valid IR and Multi‑Engine (ME).
- Medical: Class 1.
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or above.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided; you must have the right to work without employer sponsorship.
