We’re looking for a driven Assistant Site Manager to help deliver our kitchen and bathroom renewal projects across multiple sites in Nottingham. This role is ideal for someone with experience in refurbishing projects within the social housing sector, strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage trade teams effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we would love to hear from you! A full, clean UK driving licence and confidence in driving in London and the surrounding area are essential.

Main Objectives of the Assistant Site Manager role:
- Lead and motivate all site-based operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and oversee adherence to health & safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor and control the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring all projects meet company and industry standards.
- Ensure the site remains well-organised, clean, and adheres to environmental and waste management policies.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of site activities in line with contractual requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met, and they experience a high standard of service from PiLON.

- Experience in refurbishing projects within the social housing sector.
- Construction Skills Certificate Card [CSCS].
- Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme [SSSTS].
- First Aid qualification.
- Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

- Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Organised and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
