About the Role
We are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across South-West and West London. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, self‑employed plumbers looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be working as part of a structured and well-managed programme, delivering essential plumbing upgrades in occupied properties, helping to improve residents’ homes and everyday living.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out all plumbing works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Installing garden taps
- Installing new radiators and reallocating existing radiators where required
- Changing stopcocks
- First and second fix plumbing for showers
- Replacing bathtubs, WCs, and sinks
- Installing shower trays
- Installing waste pumps
- Making good and testing all installations to ensure compliance and quality
- Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful working environment
- Managing daily workloads to meet programme deadlines
- Communicating clearly with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
- Identifying and reporting any defects, issues, or additional works required
- Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery

Qualifications
- CSCS card
- Experience in domestic/social housing
- NVQ Level 2 (preferred)

- Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good conversational English
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
