Job Description

  • Isolate kitchen power (switch off consumer unit)
  • Lock off kitchen circuit with padlock while working
  • Remove sockets, then reinstall after work is complete
  • Inform resident that kitchen sockets cannot be used for approx. 2 hours (risk of short circuit)
  • Install tiles around the bath only
  • If bath is between 3 walls: tile all 3 walls along full bath length
  • If bath is in an L‑shape (2 walls): tile only along the bath length
  • No full tiling at WC area
  • Tile behind sink only, up to 3 rows high

Qualifications

  • Asbestos awareness training (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
  • CSCS Card

Additional Information

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
  • Good conversational English
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
