PiLON is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our domestic electrical teams and subcontractors within the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team.
What You\’ll Do :Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic propertiesCheck and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificatesConduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teamsProduce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policiesSupport junior colleagues and help develop their skillsWork between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications
