Are you an experienced Labourer looking for a new opportunity? Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector in South-West London and Westminster area. At PiLON, we're building a community of dedicated self-employed professionals like you, who share a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner.
- Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day.
- Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
- Remove existing flooring as required.
- Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment.
- Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works.
- Install appropriate signage and information boards on site.
- Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project.
Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.
