About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and deliver high‑quality major refurbishment and planned works within the social housing sector. Although the role is based in our Hemel Hempstead office, the successful candidate will primarily oversee sites across North West London, where the majority of our properties and projects are located.
Main Objectives:
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations for major refurbishment projects/ planned works.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspections to ensure works are delivered right the first time.
- Coordinate subcontractors and operatives for timely and cost‑effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with residents, housing officers, and client teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
