We are looking for experienced Decorators to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across South‑West and West London. This is a great opportunity for self‑employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long‑term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well‑organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
  • Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works.
  • Applying first and second coats to achieve a high‑quality finish.
  • Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring.
  • Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished.
  • Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules (fan heaters up to 240V are not permitted).
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties.

Qualifications

  • CSCS card.
  • Experience in domestic/similar work.
  • Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness).

Additional Information

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Own tools (110v or battery‑operated).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred).
  • Good conversational English.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
