About the Role
We are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Guildford area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, self‑employed plumbers looking for consistent, long‑term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be working as part of a structured and well‑managed programme, delivering essential plumbing upgrades in occupied properties, helping to improve residents’ homes and everyday living.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out all plumbing works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Installing garden taps
- Installing new radiators and reallocating existing radiators where required
- Changing stopcocks
- First and second fix plumbing for showers
- Replacing bathtubs, WCs, and sinks
- Installing shower trays
- Installing waste pumps
- Making good and testing all installations to ensure compliance and quality
- Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful working environment
- Managing daily workloads to meet programme deadlines
- Communicating clearly with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
- Identifying and reporting any defects, issues, or additional works required
- Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
