About the Role
PiLON is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Project Administrator to join our Disrepairs Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to ensure projects run smoothly, while also enjoying excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all site communications and provide support where needed
- Provide administrative assistance to Site Managers and the wider team
- Liaise with residents and on-site teams to help deliver projects effectively
- Support oversight of works to ensure compliance with safety, cost, quality, and time requirements
- Manage appointments and maintain project trackers
- Assist in budget preparation and review
- Conduct research to support project objectives
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly
- Issue all relevant legal documentation, including contracts and agreements

- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Strong typing skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and generally IT savvy
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette
