Pi LON Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom planned refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing properties.
You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while delivering a first class resident experience.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise direct labour and subcontractors, interpret drawings, conduct inductions, and liaise with residents and clients.
