We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily site activities
  • Supervise trades teams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
  • Liaise with clients and report progress to stakeholders
  • Uphold site safety protocols and carry out regular inspections
  • Maintain quality control and resolve day-to-day issues on-site

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing similar refurbishments in social housing
  • A natural team leader who’s confident managing multiple trades
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills
  • A full, clean UK driving licence

Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS Card, Fire Marshal Cert
