At PiLON, a trusted name within the United Infrastructure group, we specialise in planned maintenance and refurbishments within the social housing sector. We are looking for a driven, energetic and proactive Senior Resident Liaison Officer to support our Resident Liaison Officer team.

Appointment Conditions
Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Resident Liaison Manager and support Resident Liaison Officers across the business.
- Support training and development by identifying opportunities, designing and implementing onboarding training programmes, and ensuring all officers follow the company’s processes consistently.
- Help residents have an excellent experience with PiLON while maintaining project compliance and residents’ satisfaction KPIs.
- Collaborate with the site team to deliver required services in line with contract requirements and company policy.
- Drive continuous improvement of end‑to‑end processes related to client and resident interaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of two years of continuous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, with experience in Customer Engagement and improving Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and a natural ability to build strong teams and networks.
- Ability to work quickly and respond to changing demands and priorities.
- Knowledge of administration, reporting methods and Key Performance Indicators.
- Proven understanding of Customer Care, particularly with vulnerable people.
- First‑class communication skills – confident verbal and written communication at all levels.
- Proactive, able to handle issues and complaints calmly and professionally.
