Location: Basildon Salary: Competitive package PiLON is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our domestic electrical teams and subcontractors within the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team. What You\βll Do : Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms) Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates Conduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teams Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills Work between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications What We\βre Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor Knowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIs Strong communication skills to present and explain technical topics Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click) Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility regarding travel and extended hours when required Qualifications: ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card 2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018 Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent Asbestos Awareness Full, clean UK driving licence Desirable, but not essential: Degree-level education or equivalent Relevant professional qualifications Why work with us?
