PiLON is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our domestic electrical teams and subcontractors within the social housing sector. You will play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team.
- Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties
- Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)
- Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates
- Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies
- Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills
- Work between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications
Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software
- Flexibility regarding travel and extended hours when required
- ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card
- 2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
- Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full, clean UK driving licence
23 days of holiday per year, excluding Bank Holidays (plus more days with length of service)
