We are looking for ambitious, patient‑focused Pharmacists to join our growing independent pharmacy group across three key locations in the South‑East. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to lead a pharmacy team, develop clinically, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality NHS and private pharmacy services within the local community.

Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the pharmacy while supporting the growth of NHS and private services within the local community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the pharmacy team
- Delivering Pharmacy First consultations
- NHS and private vaccination services
- Clinical checking and safe dispensing
- Providing OTC advice and minor ailment support
- Supporting business growth and patient engagement
- Building strong relationships with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers
- Maintaining high standards of governance and patient care
