Theideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in asimilar role within a restaurant environment.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be highly motivated, proactive, andenthusiastic.
- Be excellent team player.
- Be always guest orientated.
- Understand Health & Safetylegislation and imply and communicate effectively to team members.
- Have knowledge of Korean andJapanese cuisine and culture – an additional advantage but no requirement
- Have legal rights to work in UK.
