We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! With exciting developments underway for 2026, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help shape the voice of D3 across our digital platforms.

About the Role

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing D3’s social media strategy, growing our online presence, and engaging our community. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling content, storytelling, and real-time engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience managing social media accounts (hospitality, lifestyle, or events)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms & analytics
  • Passion for food, drink & the London hospitality scene
  • Excellent written & visual storytelling skills
  • Confident using content creation tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Creative, proactive & hands-on mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement D3’s social media strategy
  • Create, curate & publish engaging content
  • Manage daily social activity & community engagement
  • Plan content calendars around events, launches & campaigns
  • Capture high-quality photo & video content on-site
  • Collaborate with internal teams & partners
