D3 Collective have just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic Receptionist to join the Team. Located in the stunning Grade II* listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves guests a menu focused on exceptional British produce.
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Receptionist to join our Front of House family, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and enjoys an unforgettable experience with flawless, friendly service.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant.
- Excellent phone manners, polished appearance, and a polite, professional attitude.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong team player with problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Always guest-focused, ensuring top-tier hospitality.
- Familiarity with Open Table system is a plus (but not required).
- Must have legal right to work in the UK.
