D3 Collective has just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Bartender to join our team. Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves a menu focused on exceptional British produce alongside a carefully curated drinks offering in a vibrant and welcoming setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and eager-to-learn Junior Bartender to support our bar team in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Position available from end of June 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in hospitality and bartending, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment while learning from an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and service of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times
  • Support the bar team in maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Assist with setting up and closing down the bar area
  • Restock bar supplies and ensure products are stored correctly
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the drinks menu and be willing to learn about cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Follow all licensing, health and safety, and company procedures
  • Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
  • Support colleagues during busy service periods and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or bar experience is an advantage but not essential
  • A genuine interest in bartending, cocktails, and hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK
