We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Manager to lead our morning operation at Idalia Restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.
The Role
As Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during breakfast service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards, and supporting the wider management team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the breakfast service, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Inspire, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and guest care
- Conduct daily team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments
- Assist with recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Manage staff scheduling and labour costs for breakfast operations
- Monitor stock levels, ordering requirements, and inventory controls relevant to breakfast service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
- Support revenue generation through upselling and maintaining operational efficiency
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
- Previous experience leading breakfast operations is highly desirable
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and service standards
- A positive attitude and desire to develop within a growing business
