We are thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team from March 2026.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is ready to grow within the hospitality industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years+ previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace health standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
