D3 Collective has recently launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we are looking for an experienced and confident Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia showcases a menu focused on exceptional British produce, delivered with outstanding service and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and professional Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the floor team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting the management team, and guiding the front‑of‑house team during service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a senior waiting or supervisory role within hospitality
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong service standards
