We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Supervisor to join our team from April 2026.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar operational role.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, delegate, and build effective teams.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Technical: Familiarity with event management software and standard office equipment.
