We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie. If you’re enthusiastic about creating exceptional desserts and pastries and thrive in a high-energy, collaborative kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
The Pastry Chef de Partie is to support the Executive Pastry Chef in the pastry section of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality preparation, baking, and presentation of all desserts, pastries, and baked goods in line with the restaurant’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- A passion for creating exquisite pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques.
- Must have legal rights to work in the UK.
