We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening in Spring 2026 at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Receptionist to join our team from March 2026.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Receptionist to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be a professional, highly organised, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing reception operations, coordinating with staff across departments, and ensuring every visitor receives a warm and seamless welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring smooth and efficient front-of-house service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth internal communication.
  • Manage schedules, administrative tasks, and front desk systems efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on front-of-house operations, suggesting improvements where needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in reception or front-of-house.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and guest-focused demeanour.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with front desk systems, booking software, and office tools, with advanced proficiency in OpenTable.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
