Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Fund Monitor/ Bank Monitor Birmingham Circa £50,000 to £58,000 per annum (doe) plus a bonus and a flexi benefits package Pillar Partnership are exclusively representing a growing, independent consulting practice, who are experiencing a period of extreme (and impressive!) growth, as they look to bolster their new Birmingham office- you would be the second hire within their Birmingham office so it is a really good growth opportunity. Born out of one of the larger practices, our client delivers professional cost management and fund monitoring services to a variety of schemes across the construction sector, including residential, PBSA, commercial, retail and care homes (projects can range from £1-2m to £100m+).
