Director Level Role
Location: London; Industrial/Shed/Warehouses Projects
Salary: Depending on experience and level – Director £90-100k plus a comprehensive benefits package

Who Are You:
Our client is actively seeking a Director to join their London division and be involved at a senior level on various shed/warehouse schemes. For this role, you’ll need to be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and have experience winning new business, as well as an established client network. You will have a team behind you; however, currently, they don’t have anyone running this side, so it is a genuine opportunity to build out a team within an established business.
Qualifications:
- 10 years construction experience – mainly within industrial/data centres/shed projects and within a consultancy environment
- Extensive client network – mainly in the transport sector
- Sound knowledge on creation of cost plans/feasibility/tender/loss and expense
- Experience working on large scale projects
- A motivated individual who has experience leading and mentoring a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Relevant University degree – MRICS chartered
- Experience working the whole life cycle of a project – skilled in both pre and post contract duties
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Extensive knowledge of market conditions
