Associate Bank Monitor (Fund Monitor/ Monitoring Surveyor/ Development Monitor) Location: London; Private Sector projects Salary: Circa up to £85,000 per annum plus a bonus and a flexi benefits package Who are they: Our client is an SME, independent consultancy with a growing reputation in the market. Born out of one of the larger practices, our client delivers professional cost management and fund monitoring services to a variety of schemes across the construction sector, including residential, PBSA, commercial, retail, and care homes (projects can range from £1-2m to £100m+). They believe in constant learning and class themselves as something of a “training business”; no matter your level, our client pushes for continuous improvement across the business which is delivered through training workshops, mentoring, and a number of other initiatives. On top of this, they offer a clearly defined career path, giving everyone clarity on their progress through the business to eventual Directorship! Role Overview: Due to continued growth, our client is looking for people with analytical brains who have a passion for Fund Monitoring and want to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can possibly be. This role will be based in London and you’ll be part of a 15-20 strong office, trusted to work from home and hybrid. Our client is ideally seeking the following: First and foremost – a genuine desire to build out a career in Fund Monitoring 5 years Quantity Surveying/ PM experience with due diligence OR over 3 years of Bank Monitoring Previous consultancy experience Relevant construction/engineering degree MRICS chartered Good written report writing skills and knowledge of Technical due diligence Eligible to work in the UK On offer: A basic salary of up to £85,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and a leading bonus of up to 20% per annum (payable twice per year).
