About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join us as a Junior Project Manager focused on marketing, growth, and operations.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team across a variety of projects, from strategic research, internal operations to marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn how a growing startup operates day-to-day while gaining exposure to the technical, commercial and clinical sides of the business.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to learn fast.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate and track progress on projects across marketing, operations, and sales.
- Support planning and execution of campaigns and cross-team initiatives.
Marketing & Communications
- Create and publish engaging digital content across channels (web, social, presentations).
- Help identify and manage customer leads using CRM and marketing tools.
- Contribute to thought leadership content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers.
Conferences & Events
- Support preparation, logistics, and follow-up for industry conferences and events.
- Assist in developing event materials and campaigns.
Operations & Strategy Support
- Assist with sales enablement, strategy, and contract coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate insights.
- Support the design and user testing team with outreach and usability projects.
