We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager to lead our small, 6-bed learning disability and mental health residential home in Ely, Cardiff. This is our sole service, supported by a small, dedicated staff team, offering a rare opportunity to have genuine ownership, autonomy, and influence over how the service is run.
