PRG are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who are industry leaders in piling and ground engineering, delivering innovative solutions to complex infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in ground anchors to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in managing challenging and rewarding projects across the UK. The Role: As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of piling and ground engineering projects, with a particular emphasis on ground anchor systems. You will oversee all aspects of project management, from client liaison to site delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage piling and ground anchor projects from inception to completion. * Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope and expectations. * Oversee and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery. * Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation. * Monitor progress on-site, addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to specifications. * Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Control project costs and monitor financial performance, reporting regularly to senior management. What We’re Looking For: * A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven experience managing piling or ground engineering projects, with significant expertise in ground anchors. * Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and financial control. * Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders. * Solid understanding of geotechnical principles, piling methodologies, and construction techniques. * Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools. * CSCS card and other relevant site certifications preferred.
