We are currently recruiting for experienced Traffic Marshals / CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshals for a major project based in Port Talbot, commencing July 2026 and running through to December 2026. This is a long-term opportunity on a busy, fast-paced construction project where reliability, safety awareness, and commitment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling and directing plant, vehicles, and site deliveries safely on and off site
- Ensuring safe segregation of pedestrians and mobile plant
- Maintaining clear and safe traffic routes around site
- Communicating effectively with site management, drivers, and machine operators
- Supporting overall site logistics and safety compliance
- Following site-specific traffic management plans and RAMS
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshal (Traffic Marshall) card
- Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and traffic management
- Ability to work as part of a large site team
- Must be able to commit to the full contract duration (July–December 2026)
- Safety Critical Medical required (can be arranged if not currently held)
