About the Role: We are looking for experienced Piling Operatives, including Rig Attendants and Slinger/Signallers, to work with our clients on a variety of major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. As this role is via PRG on an agency basis, it offers flexibility to operatives who may want varied assignments while still benefiting from long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the safe and efficient operation of piling rigs and associated equipment
  • Working as a Rig Attendant or Slinger/Signaller to support site operations
  • Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning and checks on machinery
  • Handling materials and ensuring safe loading/unloading procedures
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment and following site instructions, RAMS, and H&S procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Piling Operative, Rig Attendant, or Slinger/Signaller within the piling sector
  • Valid CPCS card (CSCS NPORS considered)
  • Slinger/Signaller, Rig Attendant and IPAF tickets desirable
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Flexibility to travel and work on different client sites (fixed-rate expenses paid)
