Piling Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established piling contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the UK. They are looking to appoint multiple Piling Project Engineers on a temp-to-perm basis, working across a range of projects involving CFA, Rotary Bored and Mini Piling. We’re open on experience level, so this role will suit both developing engineers looking to step up, as well as more experienced individuals. Due to project locations, you’ll need to be flexible to travel and lodge when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage piling operations on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with planning, RAMS, and sequencing of works
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Maintain QA documentation and ensure compliance with specifications
- Provide technical input and resolve site issues
- Produce accurate site records and progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within piling or ground engineering (CFA, Rotary, Mini Piling or similar)
- Background as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar
- Understanding of QA processes, including ITPs
- Good knowledge of health & safety and site operations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and lodge nationwide
