Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for supporting commercial teams and keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Commercial team at Pilgrim’s Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy, supporting major UK retailers, and helping deliver excellent service to our customers every time.

The role: As Sales Administrator, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate pricing, promotional activity, and data integrity. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial objectives across major retail accounts including Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, and Asda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pricing (base & promotional) across SAP and Blacksmith systems
  • Create and manage Blacksmith planners and promotional programmes aligned to customer cycles
  • Support customer administration across key retail accounts (JS, Morrisons, Asda)
  • Maintain master product files, listing documentation, and customer activity planners
  • Manage and track trade marketing spend and brand-aligned marketing calendars
  • Own customer EPOS data, promo nomination forms, and new line forms
  • Build relationships with customer buying administrative contacts
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing queries and audit claims
  • Monitor and manage customer debit notes and promotional deductions
  • Ensure proactive management of the master price file and invoicing accuracy
  • Attend internal and customer meetings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Support wider commercial projects and ad hoc business requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to support decision‑making
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confidence to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • SAP or other ERP systems
  • TPM/CRM platforms such as Blacksmith or Telus
  • Experience working with major UK retailers (e.g. Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons)
