Join Our Team as an Operational Process Manager!

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence, embedding best practices, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results? We\’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Operational Process Manager to join our Production team at our Bromborough site.

In this critical role, you\’ll lead process control initiatives across multiple retail areas, ensuring performance targets are consistently met. You\’ll work closely with area managers and team leaders to develop a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration — making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and embed best-in-class process control for all material movement across retail.
  • Coach and support Line Managers and Associates in achieving performance targets.
  • Drive site KPI delivery across safety, people, quality, and cost.
  • Engage teams across all shifts, leading continuous improvement projects and new product integration.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing culture and break down departmental silos.
  • Own and improve key Quality and Food Safety standards — ensuring audit readiness at all times.
  • Lead and attend meetings with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
  • Contribute to a culture of “Always Safe” — physical and mental wellbeing are priorities.

  • You’re a natural leader, an excellent communicator, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You\’re self-motivated, quality-focused, and ready to take ownership of operational performance.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration experience
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a production environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and customer quality requirements
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Arolink systems
  • Health and safety awareness

Required Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Level 2 & HACCP Level 2
  • Functional Skills (E2 minimum)
  • Relevant SOP and mandatory training for role
