Job Vacancy: Account Manager This is a {Contract Type} , Full Time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 23:59 BST. Job Details Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week Location: Greater London/Uxbridge Salary: Competitive, eligible for car allowance and bonus Purpose To lead the growth and development of our business within a defined customer base, ensuring accurate forecast management and a growth mindset to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate effectively with the Senior Commercial Manager, Commercial Controller, Customer Marketing Team, and other divisions to drive targets and objectives. Additionally, you will nurture our internal talent pipeline through coaching and mentoring, applying best practices in account management and industry insight. Key Responsibilities Manage P+L for a defined account or portfolio to grow Pilgrim’s Europe business objectives. Create and agree on Customer Joint Business Plans. Evaluate promotional performance and develop recommendations to maximize effectiveness. Work with marketing to develop and implement customer plans, including in-store and online activation. Communicate performance internally and externally, recommending actions to consolidate strengths and address underperformance. Advocate for the customer within Pilgrims Europe. Develop and agree on annual joint business plans with customers. Achieve budgeted KPIs and set stretch targets for business improvement. Skills & Knowledge Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships internally and externally. Problem-solving solutions with a proactive approach. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with bespoke internal systems and external customer portals (training provided).
