We’re looking for a proactive, organised Recruitment & Talent Partner to attract great people and deliver an excellent recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
With a focus on recruiting Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Butchery and Production colleagues, you’ll manage busy recruitment campaigns while helping shape how we find and engage future talent.
What you’ll be doing
Managing recruitment from advertising and screening through to interviews and onboarding.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance and keeping vacancies moving.
Taking ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coaching managers and improving how we use it.
Working with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and showcase Pilgrim Foodservice as a great place to work.
Building talent pools and connections with local colleges, employment agencies and community organisations.
Tracking recruitment performance and spend, using insights to improve results and deliver value for money.
Keeping recruitment records accurate and processes consistent, compliant and efficient.
What you’ll bring
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills and confidence advising and constructively challenging hiring managers.
A proactive approach to solving problems and finding new ways to attract candidates.
Confidence using recruitment systems and interpreting data.
Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering a great service.
A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for making a difference within our People Team.
