Pilgrim Foodservice is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our growing technical team.
This office-based role supports the Technical Manager and focuses on food safety, quality and compliance across operations, manufacturing and procurement teams.
You will analyse data, monitor trends, maintain compliance with HACCP, QMS, BRCGS/SALSA and relevant legislation, and deputise for the Technical Manager when required, with occasional travel to cross-docking depots and overnight stays.
