We are looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high‑quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

Location: Pilgrims Europe – Anwick, Main Street, NG34 9SL

Shift: Mon‑Fri 18:00‑02:00 (Twilight Shift)

Type: Permanent, full‑time

Pay: £15.56 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and management.
  • Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.
