Responsibilities
- Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork)
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
- Ensure product is processed according to customer specifications
- Safely operate machinery including band saws
- Comply with company policies, health and safety and food safety standards at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Manually handle food processing tasks as required
