Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a motivated Learning and Capability Facilitator to join our Education and Training team. You will support the delivery of learning, development and capability initiatives across Pilgrims Hospices, including induction and leadership programmes, and create learning resources and digital content.
This 12-month fixed term contract is 21h (3 days) per week, with a salary of £16,800 per annum. Based in Canterbury, the role sits within our Education and Training team.
