Pilgrims Hospices are seeking a motivated Learning and Capability Facilitator to join our Education and Training team at Pilgrims Hospices.
As a member of the Education and Training team, the successful candidate will be supporting the delivery of learning, development and capability initiatives across Pilgrims Hospices.
- Deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning sessions.
- Facilitate organisational induction, leadership development and other learning programmes.
- Develop and maintain learning resources and materials.
- Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives.
- Create presentations, workbooks, facilitator guides, learning activities and digital content.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, 21h (3 days) per week between Monday and Friday at £16,800 per annum.
